Zoning amendments proposed for the Annual Town Meeting which is scheduled to take place on October 27, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Salisbury Elementary School. 

Amendment of Salisbury Zoning Bylaw Article VIII, Floodplain District- To amend Salisbury Zoning Bylaw Article VIII, Floodplain District, or take any other action relative thereto.

Amendment of Salisbury Zoning Bylaw Article XI, Accessory Apartments - To amend the Salisbury Zoning Bylaw Article XI, Accessory Apartments, or take any other action relative thereto.

Amendment of Salisbury Zoning Bylaw III, Table of Use Regulations Attachment 1 - To amend the Salisbury Zoning Bylaw Article III, Table of Use Regulations Attachment 1, or take any other action relative thereto.

Amendment of the Salisbury Zoning Bylaw Article III, Table of Use Regulations Attachment 1, by adding in addition to any use allowed in the Commercial (C) District, land in the Commercial (C) District may also be used to access to land in the MCMOD Overlay District that is proposed to be used for a use allowed as of right in in the MCMOD District, or take any other action relative thereto.
