You may receive Town of Salisbury bills digitally and pay bills online by creating an account with City Hall Systems who acts as the Town's third party bill processor. This fast and easy way to manage your tax bills can be accessed by CLICKING HERE and creating an account. If you have any questions, call City Hall Systems at 508-381-5455.

*All payments made by 8:30 p.m. will be posted on the same business day and any payments made after 8:30 p.m. will be posted to the next business day. Starting January 19, 2021, this time will be extended to 10:00 p.m.

Summary of Services

The Town of Salisbury is excited to offer residents in our community a new, secure, and convenient method to pay your Real Estate, Personal Property, Motor Vehicle Excise, Boat Excise, Waterways Permits and several other items online.

If you choose not to take advantage of our online payment option, you may still pay your bill by utilizing the return envelope included with your bill or by coming to Town Hall (either in person during our business hours or by utilizing our drop box outside the side entrance).

Please note that if you wish to manually submit sewer payments, you may utilize the drop-box outside of Town Hall or mail the payment to PO Box 534, Medford, MA 02155. If you wish to manually submit water payments, you may utilize the drop-box outside of the Public Works building or mail the payment to 25 Walnut Street, Nashua, NH 03060.

Electronic Payment Options

You have two (2) options for paying your bill; either by electronic check or by credit card. 

Electronic Check

You will need one of your checks with you when you pay your bill online in order to get your account number and the bank’s routing number from it.  You will be shown where this information is on your check.  There will be a processing fee assessed per transaction for all electronic check payments.

Credit Card 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for credit card payments. There will be a convenience fee for each online payment.  The credit card service provider charges the fee to your credit card.  When paying by credit card, the fee amount will appear in a separate box and will be totaled with the amount of the tax.
