Harbor Commission
Mission Statement
The Harbor Commission is charged with preparing and administering a proposed harbor management plan and to provide for the annual review of the plan. This includes recommending by-law changes, advising the Harbor Master on operational policies, making recommendations on proposed water use policies, and managing the maintenance of town piers.
