Meaders Lane Proposed Infrastructure Improvements Plan - September 2021

Meaders Lane Phase 1:

The Town of Salisbury was successful in receiving funds to upgrade the infrastructure on Meaders Lane, Gove Lane, Short Lane and Sandy Lane. The project was bid in April through a public bidding process. Joseph P. Cardillo and  Son, Inc. was awarded the contract for this project. Millennium Engineering Inc. will provide engineering construction oversight. 

Phase 1 March 2022 Plans

Meaders Lane Phase 2:

The Town of Salisbury was successful in receiving funds for Phase II of the infrastructure project. Phase II includes drainage, sidewalks and paving of Meaders Lane Extension, Gove Lane and Meaders Lane from Gove Lane to Short Lane.

The project was bid in January 2023 through a public bidding process. MacKay Construction Services was awarded was awarded the contract for this project. Millennium Engineering Inc. will provide engineering construction oversight.

Meaders Lane Phase 2 Plans 

Meaders Lane Phase 3:

The Town of Salisbury was successful in receiving funds for Phase III of the infrastructure project.  

The Project was bid in Feb 2025, project construction Spring 2025.

The Town of Salisbury was successful in receiving funds for Phase IV of the infrastructure project.
