On August 17th at Lion's park, Salisbury Town officials welcomed Transportation Secretary Jamey Tesler, Highway Administrator Jonathan Gulliver, Representative Kelcourse, Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito and other parties to the official Salisbury Rail Trail ribbon cutting ceremony.
