Mass. Homeowners Assistance Fund

The Massachusetts Homeowner Assistance Fund – Mass HAF – is now available to homeowners that are at least 3 months behind on their mortgage payments because of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Mass HAF is a state program that provides mortgage relief - it is a grant not a loan; homeowners do not have to pay it back. If your application is approved, funds are provided to your mortgage servicer (the company that collects your mortgage payments).  For more information, review the attached HAF flyer.
