Electricity Aggregation Program Price Update

Salisbury’s Community Choice Power Supply Program will experience a minimal price adjustment to incorporate the enrollment of the Town’s 56 electricity accounts. The Town’s current aggregation rate will increase by $0.00344 per kWh effective with the December 2023 meter reads and remain fixed through January 2025, when the current contract ends.

Importantly, the rate residents pay will continue to remain below National Grid’s Basic Service rate. The Program’s adjusted rate is 36 percent lower than National Grid’s winter Residential Basic Service rate of $0.18213 per kWh, which is in effect from November 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024*.
