The Town of Salisbury would like to engage a qualified consultant for the purpose of advising the Town on how to improve the qualify of the Public Library’s roof in order to prevent further water damage losses from the freezing and bursting of our sprinkler systems and pipes. The Library has sustained several insurance losses associated with this problem of the last several years and the Town would like to remedy all the problems associated with the Library’s roof in the near future.
