The Town of Salisbury would like to engage a qualified contractor to do work on four rooms within the Town’s public Library. These rooms have insulation and airflow design problems and have led to frozen pipes and water damage. The Town wishes to have these key rooms fixed to reduce the chance that the Town experiences any further losses.
