Railroad Ave Sewer Main Work

The Town of Salisbury Department of Public Works has contracted with Aqua Line Utility Inc. to complete a sewer main re-direct project on Railroad Avenue. More specifically, the project area is located between 111 Railroad Ave and Murray Street. This project will replace an old degraded clay line. Paving of the affected area will follow in the fall to allow for the area to settle.

Construction crews will be working on this project Monday through Saturday for the duration of the project. Vehicle access will be allowed but limited. If you own rental property located in this area, we ask that you relay this message to your tenants. A NO PARKING rule will be in effect from 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Saturday, from May 1st - May 24th with schedule being weather dependent. Below is the estimated schedule to date:
