February 22, 2021 - New E-Permitting System is Up.

Salisbury has moved to Citizenserve for our new e-permitting system in an effort to better serve our customers and staff. You may need to re-enter your log-in as these have NOT carried over from the previous system.

For Contractors, the new system will allow you to up load licenses and insurance information ONCE and attached to your log-in.

Step #1 - Review Permit Instructions (Item B to the left)

Step #2 - Go to Permit Application Program 'Citizenserve'

  • The Application will not be reviewed until all Documents required in the Permit Instructions are provided.
  • The ApplIcation will reviewed against this CHECKLIST
  • The Application will not be reviewed until Payment is received; see 'Link C' to the left for On-Line Payment by ECH or Credit Card
  • The Application will not be approved until the Tax Collector, Assessor and DPW have signed off to release a Permit.
