Summer Rentals Salisbury Beach

Starting June 8, 2020, during Phase 2 of the Governor’s plan for “Re-Opening Massachusetts,” the State may begin allowing rental properties to operate with restrictions.  However, the beginning of Phase 2 will depend on health data that the State is collecting on a daily basis.  Once Phase 2 begins, rental properties will be able to operate in some limited capacity while adhering to guidance that the State will be putting out in the coming weeks.  Out-of-state visitors are asked to self-quarantine for 14 days when they arrive in Massachusetts.  The State’s Restaurant and Hospitality workgroup convened on May 15, 2020 to begin discussions about the best way for the lodging industry to reopen safely.  At this time, the Town of Salisbury is following the State’s guidance and interested parties are encouraged to check the State’s website for information on when they will be able to begin renting out properties.  Business guidelines can be found at https://www.mass.gov/info-details/reopening-when-can-my-business-reopen.
