Attach/Upload Scanned Copies of these Documents to the OnLine Permit Application

  1. Copy of any applicable license(s).
  2. Worker’s Comp Insurance Certificate 
  3. Copy of Contract
  4. Property Survey w/Flood Zone
  5. HERS Energy Analysis
  6. Copies of Approved Letters, i.e. Conservation, Health, ZBA, Condo Assoc. 

Attach/Upload Copies of Construction Plans to the Online Permit Application; (sets must include the following);

  1. Floor Plans, including Foundation plans
  2. Project Address on all pages.
  3. Plan and Elevation Views
  4. Framing Plans for every level
  5. Salisbury Fire Department Stamp of Approval

  • Select Job Location by Street #No. and Name
  • Fill out completely, incl. all RED lined boxes
  • Submit and Pay for Permit



Permits will not be processed until Payment is Received
