New Online Payment Enhancements

The Town of Salisbury is pleased to announce enhancements to the way residents can pay their bills online. Starting February 1, 2018, the Town will be partnering with City Hall Systems to offer you a way to pay your excise taxes and boat related bills online. Please note that you will not be automatically enrolled in this new online bill pay system, so if you wish to continue paying your taxes and bills as you have in the past, you may do so. For those who wish to take advantage of these changes, please visit www.salisburyma.gov and click on “Pay Bills Online” to the left on the home page. You will then be directed to another page where you can select City Hall Systems in order to pay your excise and boating fees.

New features also come with our partnership with City Hall Systems, which include the following:

  • You can receive your bills via email
  • You can schedule regular payments
  • You can view your previous billing and payment history

Residents should be aware that there are nominal convenience charges associated with this service.  For electronic checks (ACH), you will be charged $0.50 per transaction rather than per bill, so you can pay more than one bill at a time and only be charged once. For debit or credit cards, a fee of 2.95% is charged based on the total of your final checkout with a minimum of a dollar.
