The fees schedule is per parcel:

• Standard Fee: $25.00
• Land with four or more family residences: $100.00
• Land with commercial, industrial or utility structures: $150.00
• Farms, forest land & all other real property: $50.00

The request needs to be made in writing to the Tax Collector. It must include the property location, owner’s name, parcel ID, requestor’s name and address and enclose a self addressed stamped envelope. Please make reference as to whether it is for a sale or refinance. If this is for a sale, please inform us of the new owner’s name.
