Mission
	The Community Development Block Grant staff is responsible for the preparation and administration of grant funded programs designed to assist in the development and rehabilitation of affordable housing for low to moderate income families living in the Town of Salisbury.

Services
-	Personalized assistance in the application process to qualify for grants and loans for up to $25,000.
-	Guidance from our Rehab Specialist as to the scope of rehab work required and the selection of an approved contractor.
-	Project monitoring at every level of development
-	Maintain a list of CDBG eligible projects including: Public facilities and infrastructure upgrades, Architectural Barrier Removal Program, and Lead Abatement Assistance.
