Salisbury Elementary School Meeting open at 7:10 P.M.

 

Members present: Charlie Mabardy,  Tim Lamprey, Kendra Pike-Osgood, Mark Whitmore

 

Case #06-008             35 Dock Lane-Tim Johnson-no abutters

Requesting annual renewal of home business special permit. No changes requested or planned. Request by Tim Johnson to renew every two years.

Motion by Kendra to approval, with a renewal October 2009

2nd by Tim, all in favor.

Request by Attorney James Brightney to continue for a five member board

                                                 No abutters present

Ciaramitaros submitted a complete set of architect plan and plot plan. Assessory apartment will not be more detrimental to neighborhood, will be 899 sq.ft. on required lot size. Have letters from Board of Health and Planning board.

Motion by Tim to grant Special Permit per plans as all criteria has been met.

no abutters present

Clarified there was not a letter from Don Levesque. But Ron has talked with him and said there was not a problem. Follow up letter from abutter stating he has no problem.

Request to create two under size lots with all homes to be 400’ apart . Kendra asked about other lot sizes in development, if all 2 acres, reply yes except those in front with different zoning district 3 @ 1 acre.

Motion by Kendra to deny undersize lots, hardship has been created by owner.

No 2nd. Motion fails;

Motion by Tim to approve request based on financial hardship

2nd by Mark, Charlie in favor, Kendra opposed. Motion does not carry- denied.

Request to construct single family home on vacant lot with only 3100 sq.ft. Side & rear setbacks of 5’. Kendra asked if the home could be more compliant. Mr. Goodwin will work on reducing the setbacks.

Motion by Tim to continue to June 12th for a revised plan
