Variance request for rear setback and lot coverage. Request to build single story addition, 11’ X 26 total of 286 S.F.,to rear of existing bldg , to be used for 81 year old mother, to expand existing bath and add bedroom increasing lot coverage to 70%. Lot size only 40’X30’. 1 deeded parking space addition parallel parking in front of house, partially on street.

Abutters present: Elizabeth Gorski 107 Atlantic concerned with the closeness of the new addition, Bruce Pankauski 105 Atlantic conderned with access to rear for the pile driving, Mark Battle ok with project

Bill concerned with future access to maintain the building, no setbacks, also limited imperious areas.

Motion by Bill to continue to 1/23/07 to do site visit.

Second by Mark, Susan and Tim in favor.
