To continue for four member board – not enough members present to hear case.

                                                No abutters present

Board members did site visit and all commented on the number of signs currently on premises. Discussed the allowable signs and the sizes. Concerned with the size of the requested roof sign and would like to consult with the building inspector and continue.

                                                No abutters present

Need a copy of a certified plot plan, along with letters from the Board of Health and Planning Board

Cased 06-042                         503 No.End Blvd.-Ron Laffley

Request to build single family home on two lots(to combine lot 5 & lot 6 of subdivision plan) requesting relief from front setback, because need to build 25’ from the wet zone. Conservation Board denied building too close to wetland. Several abutters present with Margaret Kazorosian representing their concerns;  Mr. Laffley originally stated hardship was that the property owner was paying taxes on a buildable lot but she presented some paperwork showing the owner was abated.

Virginia Broadhurst spoke of concerns with closeness to the street and that the zoning regulations have been enacted to protect residents by  giving the beach a better appearance and that all new construction has adhered to the zoning regulations.

Applicant requested to withdraw without prejudice to go before Conservation with his revised plans.

Motion by Kendra to allow withdrawal
