Presented certified plot plan with deck addition

Case #06- 025                        77 Bridge Road-Josh Delman

Board of Selectman in attendance

Presented a plan showing a new location of tower ,165’ from Bridge Road, 85’ from creek ,  with total height of 150’ as suggested at previous meeting.

New height would cover larger area of town. The tower is self supporting on concrete structure and designed to collapse at 50’ if severe weather conditions.

An additional antenna would be required to get closer to the beach, the water tower or church were options talked about.

Planning Board chairman commented on the “Town Master Plan” which would like to have the appearance of the gateways to Salisbury improved.

Board of selectman concerned about appearance and would like to a simulation in place for the new location.

                                                No abutters present

Bill commented on his site visit and the present lighting in area. Condos across street highly lit, parking lot currently has lighting, and lighting of signs with a timer seems ok. Suggestion to reverse signs for safety on exiting, or move signs further back on lot for better vision.

Motion by Tim to continue to August 8th with a request the signs be moved and viewed by board

                                                Mr. Biaggo present

O’Neil’s have applied to the State for a driveway permit for exiting onto state road, waiting for response. No discussions with Mr. Biaggo on how to resolve Old Town Way issues.

Motion by Tim to continue to September 12th until O’Neils resolve their parking status
