hazard.
Lisa
Pearson explained the placement of mobile home. Replacement trailer size was
based on town records which showed wrong
size of existing trailer. Home set by trailer sales company, contractor
only did utility hookups. Owner should have been responsible for the actual
measurements of existing structure.
Board
suggested a Special Permit be issued for a temporary solution, abutter has no
problem with suggestion.
