Case 06-030               28 Liberty St.-Jack Halloran

Request to replace old trailer with new larger trailer.

Motion to by Bill to approve with the new trailer to be 4’ from the west side and 2’ from the east side, and 36 ½’ front setback.

2nd by Susan, all in favor

 

Case #06-031             3 Douglas Ave.-Ken Shute

Request to add a breezeway with bedroom above and garage with accessory apartment above, the addition being 8”outside the side setback.

Motion by Bill to continue to 6/27/06 for letters from the Board of Health and the Planning departments.

                                    No abutters present

Proposing a 2 acre lot with frontage of 99.3’ to build a new single family dwelling.

Board addresses concerns of the concerns of the Assessors office with the renumbering of the whole street to create a new lot. Applicant willing to contribute to the cost associated with new house no.Requested to continue so he may discuss issue with Assessor office

Request to raze existing three family dwelling and replace with new two family dwelling with side setback of 1’ on Vermont Street, rear setback of 7’ on Ocean Front with deck being .6’ from Ocean Front South. Building height to be 38’ for roof and overall height of 46’5” for elevator shaft and fake façade.

Motion by Bill to approve height and setbacks per plan but with the driveway access from Vermont Street.
