Case 06-011                         16 Cable Ave.

Letter from applicant requesting continuance until 6/27.

Motion to by Bill to continue

2nd by Pat, all in favor

 

Case #06-013                       11 Atlantic Ave.

Request to clarify/amend the Boards approval of 11 Atlantic Ave. for height variance.

Board voted to send letter to Planning Office of their intent to clarify but could not vote at this meeting for lack of members.

Motion by Tim to continue to June 13th,

2nd by Pat, Charlie in favor, Bill –no vote (did not hear original case)

                               

Case #06-022                       4 Michelle Dr.-Mark Sullivan

Request to build deck outside setback by 2’. Plan did not reflect proposed deck showing the setbacks.

Motion by Bill to continue to June 27th, requesting a stamped plan showing proposed deck

Case #06-023                       51 Beach Road-Nancy Hurd – no abutters present at opening of case, (abutters appeared after to oppose the setback request-felt trailer too close to properties.)

The town/town contractor placed new trailer. Town is only allowed to replace

In the same spot as previous trailer-new trailer larger and now closer to side yard. Board would like opportunity to talk with the town about possibly moving/repositioning to gain more side setback. Charlie to talk with Neil Harrington.

Case #06-024                       426 N. End Blvd.-Tom Leonard

                                                No abutters present

Request for cupola atop detached garage. Garage height 19’11”, cupola to be maximum of 6’. To be decorative only no living space.

Case #06-025                       77 Bridge Road-Nextel Michael Rosa

                                                No Abutters present

Case discussed before opening. Applicant will need variance and special permit.

Will need to readvertise for the Special Permit and also to advertise for the placement of a temporary structure replicating the tower height and location for public to view. Rescheduled meeting for June 27th, 2006.

Letter of withdrawal-duplicate request.

 

Case #06-027                       401 N. End Blvd.-Oak Engineering, Sean      

                                                No Abutters present, abutter letters submitted – approve project

18’ X 21.5 addition to rear with 10’ deck with a 6’ rear setback requested. Back parcel landlocked, owner unknown. Diane maintains property.

Motion by Tim to amend application for the addition to a finding and a special permit for the deck.

2nd by Bill , all in favor

Motion by Tim to grant the finding for the addition per Oak Eng.plan-not more nonconforming

2nd Pat, all in favor

Motion by Bill to grant special permit for 6’ setback on the 10’ wide deck as long as rear property remains vacant (map 35 lot 240)

Case #06-028                       287 N. End Blvd. –Paul Bourbeau

                                                Abutter letters presented in favor

Board would like to see the new dwelling more in line with abutting properties with more front setback.

Motion by Tim to revise plan moving the new dwelling back 3’, with 8’3” and 8’8” front setbacks, and a revised plan to be submitted prior to writing final decision

2nd Bill, all in favor.

 

Case #06-029                       19 Lafayette Road-Fulcrum Arch-Ron Laffley

                                                No abutters present

Request for front setback of 38’6’ for new addition and 49’6” for new sally port area, also requesting 9 X 18’ parking spaces on left side of parking lot.

Motion by Bill to approve per plans
