Raze
existing multi family and construct new 6 unit condo.
Request to have parking spaces at 9 ½ x 19 ½ and
variance for height 0f 43 6 for an elevator shaft with parapet to block view
of shaft. Steve McCarthy-abutter had concerns about the capacity of the sewer
system on Atlantic Ave. with all new construction going on.

elevator shaft height
