Motion by Mark continue to March 28

2nd Tim, all in favor   

Case 06-007            41 & 47 Old County Road-Thomas O’Hara-no abutters present

              Construct one dwelling inside the front yard setbacks

 

Motion by Tim to continue to approve per plan with 18’ front setback

2nd by mark, all in favor

 

Case #06-008                         35 Dock Lane – Tim Johnson-no abutters present

                                                Request for a special permit for in home business

Embroidery business, mostly catalog-no retail not more than 30%of current living space

Motion by Tim to continue to Mar 28 to present site plan, parking, hours etc.

2nd by Mark, all in favor.

Case #06-009                         1 Learned Lane – Todd Long

Remove existing dwelling, construct new single family home with 23’ front yard setback

Motion by tim to approve per plan

2nd by Pat, all in favor

Case #06-010                         36 Seabrook Road-Rachel & Bryan Roy

            Add garage with setback lines-no abutters present

            Letters from abutters read, no objection to request.

Board would like to see if a redesign possible , garage too close to property line.

Motion by Time to continue to 4/11/06

Case #06-011                         16 Cable Ave – Wave Properties, Jim Babbin

                                                Construct new mixed use building with offsite parking.

                                                No abutters present.  No signed lease at this time to use the Salisbury public lot. Jack Christian from Planning Board stated that board has no objection to request.

Motion by Tim to continue to 4/11/06 for an official agreement on the parking issue

Case #06-012                         142 Beach Road-Eldridge Leavitt

                                                Add an accessory apartment. No abutters Present

Request to convert existing 23’ x 21’ garage to an apartment for in-laws..

Motion by Pat to approve special permit per plan presented

2nd by Mark, all in favor.

 

 

Case #06-013                         11 Atlantic Ave. – Amin Nabhan

                                                Raze existing multi family and construct new 6 unit condo.

Request to have parking spaces at 9 ½’ x 19 ½’ and variance for height 0f 43’ 6” for an elevator shaft with parapet to block view of shaft. Steve McCarthy-abutter had concerns about the capacity of the sewer system on Atlantic Ave. with all new construction going on.

Motion by Tim to approve the request for parking and elevator shaft height

Correspondence:

·         Liberty St. injunction letter read. To request waiver to extend case

·         Salisbury Housing Letter requesting consideration to be monitoring agent. Board will consider if needed.

·         Schedule of annual Presentations for the board of Selectman scheduled for July 10th

·         Island Way-Letter from Lawyer read.

 

Motion by Susan to appoint Tim as assistant Zoning Board Clerk
