Northpointe Builders – Board discussion on Special Permit issues. Agreed on 48 single-family units, 14 to be affordable. Rates and percentages discussed, final engineering issues to be resolved with Weston & Sampson, sewer waiver request

Motion by Tim to approve draft with edits, to get a list of Zoning Relief requests at time of Final Signing of Plans.

Falling Leaf - Reviewed requested amendment to change Special Permit

Board discussed cost of affordable units. Modification to Special Permit to be posted.

Motion by Tim to accept with changes of February 9, 2006
