                                For in home daycare business

Motion byTim to open for discussion on whether to hear case as not all board members present to vote.

2nd by Bill to continue to March 14, all in favor

 

 

Case #05-117                       585 North End Blvd. -Gorman Management

Discussion on the affordable unit at 585 N.End condo.

Letter from Lisa Mead read on the agreement made with the Local Housing Partnership.

Motion by Tim to approve the modification agreement with the exception of “insubstantial” change corrected to Substantial change

Case 04-227                         10 Ferry Lots Lane-Kathy Chaison-Orben

                                                 Renewal of Special Permit

Motion by Tim to renew contingent on the privacy fence being erected before the next renewal and to verity the sign on property being no more than 12 S.F.

2nd  Mark, all in favor.

 

Case 06-005                         23 Mudnock Road-John Caldwell , contractor

                                                To construct addition to non conforming multifamily dwelling

Assessor information has dwelling listed as a three family

Motion by Tim to approve plans as presented

2nd by Mark, all in favor.

 

Case 06-007               41 & 47 Old County Road-Thomas O’Hara

                  Construct two new dwellings with the side and front yard setbacks

Letters regarding Island Way. Letter from town planning with copies of inspection reports of work in process. Discussion on requesting the parties to come before the board to address the issue of maintenance on Island Way.
