Conservation reviewing
NOI, have requested decks be shown on plans with unit 6 and 8 to be moved and
shifted away from wetlands for 25’ no build. Traffic study by VAI not complete.
Ed Hill presented petition signed by 57 neighbors in favor of project. Chris
Perkins gave overview of his report on stormwater management, fire
hydrants/testing and fire department comments. Easement to be created for town
to maintain water lines on the private road. Town Counsel suggested time to
consider all waiver requests, performa review, discuss potential easements,
buffer zone, and density,

Has an existing
foundation for a detached garage. Zoning maximum is 20’, requesting 26.
