                                Nicholas Costello

Request to increase occupancy permit to 62 residents with 19 for affordable housing. Request to add bathroom and update building and site. Neil Harrington, Fred Knowles, Henry Richenberg and Charlie Mabardy spoke in favor of project.

Motion by Bill to accept proposed occupancy to 62  and any building additions to be within the zoning setbacks.

2nd by Mark, Kendra, Tim in favor.  No vote by Charlie (abutter)

 

North Point Builders                Michael McCarron, Brian Knowles, Ed Hill

 

Conservation reviewing NOI, have requested decks be shown on plans with unit 6 and 8 to be moved and shifted away from wetlands for 25’ no build. Traffic study by VAI not complete. Ed Hill presented petition signed by 57 neighbors in favor of project. Chris Perkins gave overview of his report on stormwater management, fire hydrants/testing and fire department comments. Easement to be created for town to maintain water lines on the private road. Town Counsel suggested time to consider all waiver requests, performa review, discuss potential easements, buffer zone, and density,

Case #05-126                       16 Gardner St. James Richards

                                                Request for garage height of 26’

Has an existing foundation for a detached garage. Zoning maximum is 20’,  requesting 26.

Motion by Tim to continue to July 26th – need to see a Certified Plot Plan

2nd by Kendra, all in favor.

                                                Request for accessory apartment

Have received planning board and conservation approval for septic. Accessory apartment to be 866 S.F.

Motion by Bill to accept according to Apple Plan

                                                Request to add a temporary  office trailer to existing building within the zoning setbacks.

Motion by Tim to amend application from a variance request to a special permit

2nd by Bill, all in favor

Motion by Kendra to grant special permit with the trailer to removed by Jan. 2009 or request an extension of the special permit.
