Request was for a finding. Building inceptor has advised property, as a 3 family needs a variance.

Withdrawn without prejudice and will resubmits a variance.

No abutters present

Original request for accessory apartment was advertised incorrectly

Request for special permit to be readvertised at expense of town and case continued until June 14, 2005

Case 05-101 585 North End Blvd.-Gorman Management

No abutters present

Applicant advised not all members present to hear case. Mr. Gorman chose to be heard.

A review of case was heard.
