Request for variance on size of new sign
All members did a site visit since the last meeting.
Motion by Tim Lamprey to grant variance based on sign design presented.

Secretary to talk with building inspector regarding status of present license and to send a letter to applicant to advise them there will be only one more continuance.

Original 68 units reduced to 60 with 17 as affordable housing
· New site plan submitted with rearranged driveways and 40’ between units
· Revised house plans
· Revised public reas
· More parking – 18 plus 2 handicapped
· 50’ easement to be tailored
· Requesting waiver for water/sewer on the affordable housing units to enable a discount for Salisbury
local preference units
· Traffic study-to be done by Weston-Sampson
· No more common driveways and all to be on the side of house
Ed Hll:
· Landscaping plans presented
· All homes to be build with the same quality including affordable
Chris Perkins:-commented on workshops and meetings and the major changes on the conceptual plan and would like to see project move forward.
Town Counsel;
· Questions on easement on Seabrook Road entrance and 50’ ROW w/easement thru property-per Mr. McCaron, Still to be worked out.
Bill Spinney:
· Question on reconstruction costs of redoing water and sewer on Seabrook Road-per Mr.McCarron will not include any existing properties.
Wayne David 11 Bartlett St. – questions regarding the coastal zone management and low impact development. Had concerns regarding stormwater management.
Motion to continue to April 26th to see traffic study action

Request for special permit for in home occupation for dog grooming
Ms. Pouling from Harrison Ave. – Client-spoke in favor of Ms.Martin
Marilyn Quinlan- Harrison Ave. – Client-spoke in favor of Ms. Martin
Parking, has paved driveway for 10 cars, will not have signage, no employees and hours of operation will be Mon-Sat. from 8:30 to 5:00.
Motion by Bill Spinney to continue to April 12, for Ms. Martin to present a business plan.
