Case 04-229                Chris & Virginia Kane 65 Elm St

                                No abutters present

                                Request for an in-law apartment in an existing building.

Motion by Tim Lamprey to continue to 2/22/05  - need to get the best recommendation from Board of Health and the Planning Board first

2nd by Bill Spinney, all in favor.

 

Case 04-228                Jason Anderson/owner Jim Babbin/Millennium-rep 168 Elm St.

                                No Abutters present

                                Addition of garage  inside the setback lines.

Motion by Bill Spinney  to approve per plan based on the hardship of the narrow lot

2nd by Mark Whitmore, all in favor.

                                Request for Special Permit for in home dog grooming business.              

Motion by  Bill Spinney to issue Special Permit with specified restrictions on signage 12 sq. ft. max on prop , parking 6 vehicles, hours of business and installation of a natural barrier on the easterly boundary of the property. Permit to be renewed annually.

Motion by Bill Spinney to approve with restrictions on hrs of business, 1 employee, signage, parking

                             Request for Finding to raze existing non conforming 2 family, replace with conforming

                             2 family.

                                Variance request to divide lot to  the original two parcels.

 

Motion by  Tim Lamprey to reestablish lot line as  per request and to allow the 16.1 set back of existing dwelling.
