The Health Fair, which has been successful each year, will be held again this year in March at the Elementary School. Board minutes and agendas are being posted on the Town web site and the Board is presently working on getting miscellaneous forms and information on it as well. They are also making progress on new regulations for rental apartments which would cover both the landlord and tenant. Other towns have similar regulations in which an inspection and an occupancy permit is required prior to the landlord renting out an apartment. Once the regulation is drafted a public hearing will be held before it is approved. Another regulation being drafted is a floor drain regulation initiated by the DPW to protect the watershed area.
