Call to Order: Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Louis
Masiello. Members present: Louis
Masiello, Linda Firth, Anthony Tuccelli, Joanne Housianitis, and Andrea Brochu,
SBOH Secretary.
Public Comments: None.
Old Business:
1. State Reservation – Andrea is still waiting to hear back from
Alex to see if they have a dumping station.
2. Status of letters regarding Well Regulations to homeowners –
Andrea will get the letters out by next week.
New Business:
1. Nomination
of Inspector of Animals.
SBOH Action:
Motion made by Anthony Tuccelli; seconded by Linda
Firth. Unanimously voted to nominate
Harold Congdon as the Inspector of Animals.
Licenses/Building Permits:
1.
SBOH Action: Motion made by Joanne Housianitis; seconded
by Anthony Tuccelli. Unanimously voted
to table until next meeting.
2. Renewal
of Sewer Waiver:
SBOH Action: Motion made by Anthony
Tuccelli; seconded by Linda Firth.
Unanimously voted to renew sewer waiver.
3. License
Renewal: Septic Installer; Charles Bagley, Jr.
SBOH Action: Motion made by Anthony
Tuccelli; seconded by Linda Firth.
Unanimously voted to renew license.
Other Issues: None.

Members Report:
1.
Louis Masiello is scheduled to attend the Selectmen’s May 12th
meeting to update them on BOH office.
2.
Housing Regulations – We will schedule a Public Hearing at our next
meeting on May 8th at 7:30 p.m.
3.
Tattoo Regulations – Linda is still working on the test. Once it is finished, we will submit the
regulations to Neil for town counsel’s review.
4.
A workshop will be held at the May 8th meeting to discuss
the 2009 Health Fair.
5.
Region 3A Coalition – Andrea will follow up to clarify if a letter
needs to be drafted to appoint Robert Fraser to represent the BOH at meetings.
6.
Massage Licenses – Andrea will check with all massage therapists to
verify they are exempt from the new state regulation.
7.
The BOH will invite Esteban Cuebas from Northeast Mosquito Control to
the May 20th meeting for a special presentation regarding mosquitoes
and control in the

minutes of April 1, 2008.
