Call to Order: Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Linda
Firth. Members present: Linda Firth,
Anthony Tuccelli, Joanne Housianitis, and Andrea Brochu, SBOH Secretary. Absent:
Louis Masiello
Public Comments: None.
Old Business:
1. State Reservation – Andrea is waiting to hear back from Alex
to see if they have a dumping station.
2. Status of letters regarding Well Regulations to homeowners –
Andrea has not done this yet; it is on her list.
New Business:
1. Nomination
of Inspector of Animals.
SBOH Action: Motion made by Joanne Housianitis; seconded
by Anthony Tuccelli. Unanimously voted
to table until next meeting.
Licenses/Building Permits:
1. License
Renewal: Food; Marie’s Restaurant
SBOH Action: Motion made by Joanne
Housianitis; seconded by Anthony Tuccelli.
Unanimously voted to renew license.
2. License Renewal: Food/Take-Out;
Jilly’s Bistro Pizza
SBOH Action: Motion made by Anthony
Tuccelli; seconded by Joanne Housianitis.
Unanimously voted to renew license.
3. License Renewal: Mobile
Food;
SBOH Action: Motion made by Joanne Housianitis; seconded
by Anthony Tuccelli. Unanimously voted
to renew license pending inspection by the Health Officer.
4. License Renewal: Denise’s,
Latitude Sports Club
SBOH Action: Motion made by Anthony
Tuccelli; seconded by Joanne Housianitis.
Unanimously voted to renew items 4 and 5 on the agenda.

for items 7 and 8 on the agenda.

1. Joanne thanked all the vendors and
participants for coming to the health fair.
