Call to Order: Meeting called to order at 6:03 p.m. by Louis
Masiello, Chairman. Members present:

Licenses/Building Permits:

Temporary Food License:
Cristina Cazoes, Capeonato De Som Automotive Festival on August 19, 2007
SBOH Action: Motion made by Anthony Tuccelli, Seconded Joanne
Housianitis. Unanimously voted to
approve with condition that insurance binder be faxed to the Health Department
by no later than August 16, 2007 and the Health Inspector will inspect festival
on August 19, 2007.

Temporary Portable Toilet
Permit: Dave’s Septic Service
SBOH Action: Motion made by Joanne Housianitis, Seconded
by Anthony Tuccelli. Unanimously voted
to approve with condition that Dave’s Septic fax an Application for Temporary
Portable Toilet to the Board of Health by no later than August 16, 2007.

Health Officer Report/Correspondence: None
Members Report:
Once the Floor Drain Regulations and Housing
Inspection and Rental Permit Regulations are in final draft, they will be
submitted to Neil to forward to town counsel.
