Call to order: Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Louis Masiello, Chairman .
Members present: Linda Firth, Anthony Tuccelli, Joanne Housianitis and Marie Blais SBOH secretary. Also present, Horace Baxter, Health Officer. Absent, member Randy Hitchcock
Public Comments: None
Old Business:
1.
Owner, Robert Bartlett sent letter stating he is currently in the process of having the water company connect Town water to his home and will abandon the well upon connection.
2. License renewal: Ice Cream/Frozen Desserts: North East Ice Cream, LLC: Board wanted to have license changed from a seasonal to an annual.
SBOH Action: Motion by A. Tuccelli; Seconded by J. Housianitis. Unanimously voted to renew annual license.
New Business:
1.
Owner has been issued a pump order until septic system is replaced this year. No action taken by the Board.
