Minutes from August 1, 2006 Meeting

 

Call to order:  Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Louis Masiello, Chairman .

Members present: Linda Firth, Anthony Tuccelli and Marie Blais SBOH secretary.  Also present, Horace Baxter, Health Officer.  Absent, member Randy Hitchcock

 

Public Comments: None

 

Old Business: 

  1. Private Water Well Regulations – draft is complete, will review changes at next workshop.  There will be a public hearing before regulations are finalized. 
  2. Wetland Setback Regulations – Board members to review upon completion of Private Water Well Regs.

3.  Emergency Management Plan – Member L. Firth still working on it.  She is trying to  

     condense all the data so that it isn’t so cumbersome.

     Trying to get the M.O.U. completed so it can be placed on a warrant at the fall Town

           Meeting.

      4.  Discussion of application form for mobile food vendors

      SBOH:  Motion by L. Firth; Seconded by A. Tuccelli.  Motion passes to accept application  

      changes for mobile food vendors.

1.  3 Learned Lane: Variance, As-Built Plan

Well is 96.7 feet away from leach field, not the 100 feet as shown on original septic design plan.
