Call to order:  Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Louis Masiello, Chairman .

Members present: Randy Hitchcock, Anthony Tuccelli and Marie Blais SBOH secretary.  Also present, Horace Baxter, Health Officer.  Absent, member Linda Firth

 

Public Comments: None

 

Old Business: 

  1. Private Water Well Regulations – workshop to continue after draft regulation is reviewed
  2. Wetland Setback Regulations – Board members to review
  3. Emergency Management Plan – Member L. Firth not present for update

 

New Business: 

  1. Nurse’s Contract FY07:

SBOH Action:  Motion by R. Hitchcock; Seconded by A. Tuccelli.  Motion passes to approve contingent upon confirmation of liability insurance.

 

Licenses/Building Permits:

1.  28 Locust St.: Lot 1: New Septic Design

2.  License, new: Massage Therapist: Karen Benson ( All About You Bodyworks )
